Heroes of Suffrage
To commemorate the anniversary of the 19th amendment, I worked with illustrators, journalists, and narrators to bring three heroes of the suffrage movement to life through a 3D graphic novel. Users learn about their impact on society and how their efforts lead to the vote for women.

Tragedy at Kent State
On the 50th Anniversary of the tragedy at Kent State University, we recreated the campus grounds where the US National Guard clashed with protesters. The National Guard fired upon the crowd, killing 4 people. Users can follow along the minutes leading up to the tragedy, and how it unfolded. Using photos and satellite image references, I recreated the grounds in 3D for the user to explore.

In a collaboration with the USA TODAY graphics team, we created a breakdown on what we know about why the two 737 MAX planes crashed. This experience walks the user through the new systems in the MAX, and how they contributed to the planes’ failure.

A military raid and airstrike led to this being one of the biggest tragedies in the Afghan war. In this experience, the user is guided through narration by the investigative reporter himself, as he reveals his findings about how the story happened.
Working with the reporter, I was able to rebuild the village in 3D. We then worked together to build out a script that translated his story into one that would work for Augmented Reality, which I recorded with him and edited to the final cut.

Working with the USA TODAY Investigative team, this project reproduced a simulation of a Village in Afghanistan. Working with the USA TODAY graphics team, we show users the history of skyscrapers and how the competition for the tallest building is changing. Using satellite images and photo reference, we reconstructed these towering buildings in 3D for users to see them in their own home.
